NUNCUPATIVE WILL dated on or about the fourth of August 1666
To my sons John Thistlethwayt & Antony Thistlethwayt and to my daughter Agnas Thistlethwayt equalye amonst them six pounds in Francis Allan hands due at Candlemas next and Tenn pound in Richard Leaske hand due the second day of Februarye next and Tow pounds & ten shilings in John Browne and George Mason hands due to be payed the twentye fift of March next and six pounds in my sonn Richard Thistlethwayt hand.
Item I give to my son Richard Thistlethwayt all the reste of the moneye which he owes to me or was indebted to me.
Item I give to my daughter Agnas Thistlethwayt A bed of Close.
Item I give to my daughter Agnas Thistlethwayt Thre Pounds Ninttine shilings more in my purse.
