To my loving wife Isabell Burton the occupation and benefit of all my messuage Lands and Tenem. at Warescalefoot or elsewhere for the term of her natural life for the education and bringing up of my children...
My son John inherits my real estate at age 21 if wife Isabel is dead, and pays his sisters £30 amongst them.
If Isabel is still living when John turns 21, he gets an income from the property during his mother's life.
