How I Work

I start by understanding what your website is actually for, who it’s meant to reach, and what needs to change. Not what software it uses, not what it looks like, but what isn’t working for you right now.

I’ll ask clear questions, explain options in plain English, and be honest if something isn’t a good idea. I won’t push features you don’t need or complexity you’ll regret later.

Once we agree what the site needs to do, I build it in a way that’s straightforward to update and difficult to break. You’ll know what you can change, what you shouldn’t touch, and why.

I don’t disappear after launch. I make sure you’re comfortable using the site and confident enough to manage it day-to-day without worrying about causing problems.
