Most of my work now starts with a website that already exists but has become difficult to live with.
It technically works, but it’s confusing to update, easy to break, or dependent on someone else for every small change. Over time, it gets avoided, falls out of date, and becomes a source of frustration rather than something that helps the business.
I’ll look at what you already have, work out what’s actually causing the problems, and simplify things so the site becomes understandable and usable again. That might involve restructuring how content is managed, removing unnecessary complexity, or rebuilding parts that were never fit for purpose in the first place.
The goal isn’t to make your website clever or flashy.
It’s to make it calm, reliable, and easy to manage without fear.
In many cases, clients come to me worried they’ll break something if they touch their site. By the time we’re done, they’re updating it themselves without thinking twice.
