Especially for those who don’t enjoy technology and don’t want to spend their time fighting with it. I explain things plainly and avoid unnecessary technical language.
Most of my work now comes from people who already have a website and are frustrated by it. It technically works, but it’s confusing, fragile, or dependent on someone else for every small change.
My approach is simple: remove unnecessary decisions, explain things clearly, and build sites that stay understandable and reliable long after they go live.
I’m not tied to any particular platform or supplier, and I’ll always recommend what makes the most sense for your situation, even if that means pointing you elsewhere. My pricing is clear and upfront, and I don’t lock people into ongoing contracts they don’t need. Some clients handle updates themselves, others ask for help occasionally. Either is fine.
